Common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, including hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, anxiety and depression, weight gain, muscle loss, hair thinning, joint pain, headaches, irregular periods, loss of libido and vaginal dryness

Coming soon. ThriveCare isn’t offering menopause care just yet. For now, care focuses on medical weight management.

What’s planned

Once menopause care launches, the plan is to offer virtual visits that take time to listen. Care will start with a careful look at symptoms, medical history and goals, then a personal plan built around what matters most to each person.

That support may include help with common changes such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood, brain fog, energy, weight changes, joint comfort and sexual health. Treatment options can include hormone therapy when appropriate, non-hormonal approaches, and practical guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep and stress. Follow-up visits will be part of care so the plan can be adjusted over time.

All appointments will be virtual and available to adults across Ontario.
